Lulop.com videos may not be stored in any temporary or permanent electronic or analog database for future use, beyond the time expiry explicitly stated by the videoreporter. For the purpose of this license agreement, video is intended as the electronic file in compressed video format downloadable from lulop.com's servers. The retrieval of such a file -under the license agreement- gives no right of use on the master document or any other formatting of it, which can be released indipendently from lulop.com. The videos'authors retain full copyright and ownership of any video retrieved from lulop.com service. Any videoreporter logo present in the file must be displayed by the user. Use is restricted to editorial inclusion in the user's publications, given at time of subscription. Videos are not usabel for resale, trade, packaging, promotior nor advertising. Lulop.com videos should not be altered or manipulated beyond normal editing (cutting and joining parts), image enhancements and data reformatting. Should a user violate this requirement, lulop.com will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies for the videoreporter. Lulop.com is not liable for any cost, damage or loss arising out of errors, omissions and misuse in the information contained in the database. Should an user violate any requirement of this agreement with lulop.com, lulop.com will attempt to obtain approriate corrections and remedies and/or cancel his subscription without notice.
